You can customize the data you collect when you change inventory levels.

Specify custom item fields that are specific to ADD, REMOVING, MOVING, or CONVERTING, items in inventory.

In this screenshot, we're creating fields that will be viewed when someone ADDS items to inventory.

This area shows an empty example of the information that appears on the ADD panel that cannot be changed.

Create a new data field and click the "Create New Field" button. The new data field will appear below.

You can decide whether or not to include fields on specific transaction panels.

All the fields are listed here, along with the names they appear as on the actual transaction panels.

You can determine the order of the fields by clicking the up or down arrows. Also you can choose whether or not to require that information be entered in the field during a transaction.
