Every organization has different needs when it comes to capturing information related to transactions. Our inventory system makes it easy to create your own custom data fields. Create as many as you like, and relate them to specific types of transactions. So you can capture one set of data when you 'add' items and another for when you 'remove' items from inventory.

You can choose to require users to populate data fields, or leave them optional. Fields with red backgrounds are 'required'.

Fields with white backgrounds are 'optional'.
