Here's how our product is different from other inventory systems. 1. It's very easy to use. We designed it from the standpoint of the busy entreprenuer who doesn't have time to learn the ins and outs of a new software program. 2. You can customize it. Everyone has unique quirks to their operation, and we try to accomadate. You can create custom fields for your transactions or items, use your own company logo and colors, and even change some of the terms to reflect the way you talk about your business (coming soon). 3. You can get up and running quickly at no cost. Buying an inventory software is just the start. What about all the time spent learing and training, (or even installing the software!). Clearly Inventory is so easy to use, that training will take very little time at all. And there's NOTHING TO INSTALL, no upgrades, downloads, etc... If you have access to the internet, the program is as good as installed. 4. Access for everyone. We don't care how many people use the program. There are no "seat licenses". That means you can have as many people as you like have access your inventory data. And you can control what they can see and do. This means you can offer access to your vendors or customers if you like! 5. What are you waiting for? Just sign up and get started. If you don't love it, you can leave it at no cost.

Can Clearly Inventory integrate with my accounting software?
There is no automated way for Clearly Inventory to integrate with any other software program – and that’s a good thing! The reason that so many other inventory systems are so hard to use is that they try to do too much, and have to operate in the confines of an accounting system, or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. By contrast, Clearly Inventory is very flexible, and easy to use. It has a single purpose, capturing the current and past state of your inventory, and it does a great job at that. However, you will find that the data is very easy to export in many different formats. This means that the data can be easily uploaded, even if a person has to do the work.
Does Clearly Inventory work with a bar code reader?
Not now. But there’s no reason it won’t in the future if enough customers need that functionality.
What is Clearly Inventory’s “beta release”?
Our beta release is a fully functional version of Clearly Inventory that is ready for public use. We have finished extensive testing with a small group of users (alpha testing) and are now ready to allow even more users to try the product. During this “beta release” we fully expect that users will come to us with suggestion on how to improve Clearly Inventory. We will also gain information as to how the inventory system performs with a larger group of users.
Why is Clearly Inventory available for Free during the Beta release?
We offer the product for free because we know that there are still improvements to be made, and that these new “beta users” will play a role in developing the product.
Is a Beta release unstable or prone to crashing or other problems?
Clearly Inventory functions well “as is” and although there will be small bumps, and frequent upgrades; we do not expect most users to have any problems with the basic functionality of the program. Any data that you store in Clearly Inventory will always be available to you and we have redundant systems in place to make sure that your data is secure.
How much will Clearly Inventory Cost when it’s no longer in beta release?
The cost of Clearly Inventory is directly related to how many transactions you perform. A transaction is any time you ADD, REMOVE, MOVE, or CONVERT items in inventory (it doesn’t matter how many items are involved in a transaction, it still counts as just one transaction) So, if you’re a very small business, and don’t have a lot of transactions, you can use the product for a lower cost than a large business with a lot of transactions. The current pricing plan calls for users to purchase “buckets of transactions” and the larger the bucket, the lower the transaction cost. The pricing schedule is as follows: 100 transactions for $12.00
I don’t have an organized inventory system and don’t know where to even begin. What do I need to do?

So what happens if I decide that Clearly Inventory isn’t for me and I want to leave? Can I take my data with me?
Yes, your data is yours, and available to you at all times. We want you to use Clearly Inventory because it helps you be more productive, but if it’s not working for you, you can download any data table into an excel or csv format at any time. We part ways, and that’s it. There are no contracts or cancellation fees.
